1. Overview
At World of Internet, our goal is to provide exceptional digital services and ensure client satisfaction. Due to the digital nature of our website generation and development services, our cancellation and refund policies are structured as outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Template Packages: Since our systems deploy these digital assets almost instantly, cancellations are generally not permitted once the payment is completed and the generation process has begun.
- Custom Development Projects: Cancellations for custom projects must be made in writing. If canceled before development begins, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be provided. If canceled after work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed.
3. Refund Policy
We strive to deliver exactly what is promised. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
- The final delivered product significantly deviates from the agreed-upon scope or chosen template.
- We are unable to deliver the project within the mutually agreed timeline due to faults on our end.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery of the digital product. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
- You simply change your mind after the website has been delivered.
- Delays or issues are caused by the client's failure to provide necessary content, feedback, or credentials in a timely manner.
- Third-party services (such as domain registrars or hosting providers) experience downtime out of our control.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
